Its Maternity and Newborn Wing serves as a referral centre for high-risk and emergency deliveries in the region of Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania.
To strengthen our Nursing Department, CCBRT is looking for dynamic and experienced Medical Attendants (Health Volunteers) to provide assistance to clinicians in their respective allocated areas (OPD, IPD, OR or OTD).
The Role
As a Medical Attendant, you will be expected to ensure all working tools are in place and in good working condition, direct patients and relatives accordingly, and assist in the preparation of patients before they see the doctor or go to consulting rooms/theatre. You will communicate effectively with doctors and other staff to ensure efficient workflow, assist in controlling patient flow in clinical areas, transport patients, equipment and supplies between units, and verify and transport specimens to the laboratory.
You will also be expected to maintain a clean, quiet, calm and comfortable environment for patients and conduct weekly and monthly cleaning as scheduled.

The Candidate
• Form IV certificate plus one-year basic nursing training from a government-recognized institution
• Minimum of one (1) year working experience
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills in English and Swahili
• Flexible, able to multitask, proactive and eager to learn

You will communicate sensitive information concerning patients’ medical conditions, counsel patients, perform clinical procedures, ensure proper record keeping of all activities, and control patient flow within clinical areas.

The Role
The Software Developer will analyze, design, develop, integrate and implement web, server, cloud and client-based applications that provide clinical and business capabilities to the organization. The role involves active participation in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including designing new solutions, modifying existing applications, fixing errors and enhancing performance.
You will collaborate with team members to ensure software solutions meet the rigorous operating standards required to support CCBRT’s business processes and operational needs.
The Candidate
• BSc/BEng in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field
• Strong front-end and back-end programming skills including CSS3, PHP, Python, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, MySQL, MS SQL and other RDBMS
• Keen interest and good understanding of ICT systems with willingness to develop further knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in software development

The Role
As a Junior Information System Administrator, you will support the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions aligned with CCBRT’s business and clinical objectives. You will provide day-to-day ICT systems and network support across CCBRT, deliver first-level technical support to staff and students via phone, email and in person, and manage user accounts in line with ICT and security policies.
You will support Active Directory/Domain Controller users and devices under supervision, provide guidance on ICT systems and applications, and support internal and external IT audits, including documentation preparation, access reviews, asset verification and implementation of corrective actions under senior staff guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field
