ANNOUNCEMENT ON CALL FOR INTERVIEW

The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service, on behalf of the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are expected to be conducted starting from 16/02/2026. Finally, applicants who will be selected to attend the interview are those who meet the requirements for the respective positions. Interviewees are invited to attend the interview after considering the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted starting on the date as indicated in this announcement, time and venue where the interview will be conducted will be specified for each Cadre.

  2. Each interviewee must bring an interview invitation letter that has a barcode (Mask).

  3. Each interviewee must bring original certificates for verification purposes.
    • Acceptable certificates include: Birth Certificate, Secondary School Certificate, Professional Certificates, Degree Certificates, Travel Documents, Driving License or any other certificate recognized by the Government and/or the respective Institution.

  4. Interviewees are required to bring ORIGINAL certificates, starting from Form IV Certificate, Form VI Certificate, Diploma Certificate, Degree Certificate, Postgraduate Certificate, and other certificates depending on the requirements of the position applied for.

  5. Interviewees who present ‘Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results’, Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.

  6. For cadres that require registration with a Professional Board, interviewees are required to bring original registration certificates including a valid practicing license.

  7. Each interviewee will be provided with food, transport and accommodation allowance. In addition, each interviewee is required to attend the interview in clean and decent attire and adhere to good conduct.

  8. For interviewees who studied outside Tanzania, ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Interviewees whose certificates are from Tanzania Universities but whose GPA classification is required must submit a GPA calculation letter from TCU.

  9. Interviewees whose names do not appear in this announcement are advised to log into their Ajira Portal accounts and check the reason for not being shortlisted, as there is still time.

  10. All interviewees invited for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and print their interview numbers. Additionally, interviewees who forget their login credentials are advised to reset their email address or password used in the Ajira Portal system.

  11. Interviewees whose names differ between certificates are required to submit a Deed Poll approved by the Ministry of Lands.
