JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION: Lorry Drivers – Flatbed (Town Trips)
TERMS AND BENEFITS
- Salary: TSh 400,000 per month (subject to increase based on experience)
- Contract Signing Bonus: TSh 100,000 upon signing a contract with the company
- Allowance: Paid daily (DAILY). Town trips with the opportunity to make 2–3 trips per day
- NSSF: Deducted in accordance with Government regulations
- NHIF: Fully contributed by the company
- Holiday Pay: Provided
- Fuel Efficiency: Good fuel ratio
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
- Bereavement Support: Assistance provided in the event of the death of a close relative
- Performance Bonus: Additional bonus awarded based on monthly job performance
