ANNOUNCEMENT ON INTERVIEW CALL

The Office of the Vice Chancellor, University of Dodoma (UDOM), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews will be conducted from 26/02/2026 to 28/02/2026. Upon completion of the interviews, applicants who meet the requirements will be assigned to their respective work stations.

Candidates invited for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted starting on the dates indicated in this announcement, at the specified time and venue as shown on the interview call notice issued by the respective Directorate.

  2. Every interviewee is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.

  3. Candidates must bring original certificates for verification purposes. The certificates required include:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Academic Certificates
    • Professional Certificates
    • Transcripts
    • Travel documents (if applicable)
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Recommendation letters
    • Clearance letter from the Local Government Authority (Village/Street Executive Office) where the applicant resides
  4. Candidates must bring ORIGINAL certificates, including academic certificates for Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and PhD, as applicable, to verify educational qualifications and ensure correctness of personal details.

  5. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV and Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and candidates presenting such documents WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.

  6. Applicants who applied for positions that require registration with a Professional Board must bring original proof of registration and a valid practicing license.

  7. The University will not provide food, accommodation, or transport to interview candidates. Each candidate is responsible for covering their own expenses and ensuring timely arrival at the interview venue.

  8. Candidates whose certificates were obtained outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Applicants with certificates from foreign universities must also bring GPA equivalency confirmation issued by TCU.

  9. Candidates who have forgotten their login credentials for the Ajira Portal are advised to recover their accounts in advance to avoid inconvenience on the interview date.

  10. All interview candidates are required to log into the interview system using their Ajira Portal account credentials. Candidates who forgot their username (email address) or password are advised to reset them before the interview date.

  11. Candidates who possess land ownership documents must bring a Title Deed (Deed Poll) verified and approved by the Ministry of Lands.
