POSITION 1: CLIENT SERVICE ANALYST (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
To provide enhanced Customer Experience through proactive engagements and effective Account Management of Corporate Business under Wholesale Banking. The role involves working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) as the main business support partner in client retention and business generation through effective analytics, engagements, and timely support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships through regular contact and visits to ensure banking needs are addressed effectively and timely.
  • Decrease dormancy and churn rates through service relationship management and monitoring of client service utilization behavior.
  • Collaborate with RMs, Product Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve escalated client complaints.
  • Lead service recovery efforts for loyalty rebuilding for impacted customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service experience and enable cross-selling.
  • Participate in service reviews and conduct monthly proactive calls with key clients.
  • Proactively manage the client portfolio in compliance with the regulatory environment.

Job Purpose:
To act as a strategic partner between HR and the business by delivering people-focused solutions that align with organizational goals. The role leverages experience, data insights, and agility to support informed decision-making and coaches leaders to drive the organization's strategy, vision, and mission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Support the setting of SMART objectives, monitor PM process compliance, guide line managers on performance issues (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions), and ensure management of poor performers.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs with line managers, support implementation within budget, and advocate for continuous learning.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with leaders on workforce planning, work with the TA team to execute recruitment plans, and follow up on recruitments to meet business expectations.

POSITION 4: MANAGER; REGULATORY AFFAIRS (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
To manage the relationship between the bank and Regulatory Authorities and ensure the bank adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, supporting the bank's strategic direction and growth aspirations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Maintain compliance registers (e.g., policy tracker, conflicts of interest), monitor regulatory developments, facilitate self-assessments, analyze data to identify emerging risks, and track regulatory issues to closure.
  • Business: Advise on new laws and regulatory changes, perform gap analysis, review new products/initiatives for compliance, administer the Code of Conduct, and provide compliance advice to business units.
  • Reporting & External Relations: Assist in preparing management reports (monthly, quarterly) for board committees and ad-hoc reports on regulatory affairs.
  • Regulatory Relationship: Assist in managing relationships with all bank regulators, ensure timely communication of regulatory changes, and prepare the bank for regulatory examinations and inspections.

POSITION 5: PRODUCT SPECIALIST DEBIT CARDS (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the day-to-day Debit Card Product Sales, Performance, and Analytics, as well as ensuring operational efficiency for debit card products under the issuing business unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate market research to gather intelligence on competitor card products and propose strategies to address gaps.
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule with effective go-to-market plans.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and track product impact.
  • Assist in managing vendor relations and monitor service levels.
  • Perform end-to-end demonstrations of new products and conduct user acceptance tests.
  • Assist in identifying potential risk factors and determining solutions to mitigate exposure.

POSITION 6: PROJECT MANAGER; DATA MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (Fixed Term - 2 years) (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of data management initiatives within the Bank to address gaps and achieve the required data governance maturity levels.

Main Responsibilities:

POSITION 7: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER; PERSONAL LENDING (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end relationships with Schemes/Employers, focusing on providing attractive lending solutions, designing action plans for personal lending, and ensuring smooth execution across the network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design annual action plans for Mass Lending and ensure execution by Relationship Managers and branches.
  • Prepare budgets for the Mass Lending segment.
  • Drive sales initiatives and ensure rollout to the network with a clear model including portfolio segmentation.
  • Ensure leads generation for Employee Banking products, with a key focus on Mass Lending.
  • Conduct business/sales discussions and negotiations, and prepare business proposals.

POSITION 8: SENIOR CREDIT DATA SCIENTIST (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
To provide competent support on credit-related projects, including system development, new product design, Credit Bureau services, Credit Scoring Tools, IFRS9 assessment, and maintenance of credit risk models. The role involves conducting advanced analytics on NMB's loan portfolio performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced analytical skills and machine learning to develop, review, validate, and maintain credit risk models and dashboards.
  • Provide support and supervision for the IFRS9 solution, including report preparation and process review.
  • Identify hotspots and provide analytical updates on factors influencing NMB's portfolio performance.
  • Manage CRB services, ensuring data submission quality, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance.
