OPEN ROLES – Duties & Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance Manager
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance systems for all projects.
- Ensure compliance with national, international, and client quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality performance reviews.
- Identify quality risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare quality reports and guide project teams on best practices.
2. Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) Prevention Expert
- Develop and implement SEAH prevention policies and procedures.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff and stakeholders.
- Establish confidential reporting and response mechanisms for SEAH cases.
- Monitor compliance with safeguarding and donor requirements.
- Prepare safeguarding reports and provide technical advice on SEAH issues.
3. Structural Engineer
- Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure.
- Ensure structural safety and compliance with design codes and standards.
- Review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Supervise construction works to ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Provide technical solutions to structural challenges on site.
4. Civil Engineer
- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering works.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure construction activities meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
5. Health & Safety Expert
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and routine safety inspections.
- Train staff and workers on health and safety procedures.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
6. Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures.
- Assess variations, contractor claims, and final accounts.
- Provide cost and contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare financial and cost control reports.
7. Material Engineer
- Test and evaluate construction materials for quality assurance.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and standards.
- Monitor material performance and usage on site.
- Investigate material defects or failures.
- Prepare material testing reports and documentation.
8. Land Surveyor
- Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports.
- Establish site boundaries, levels, and control points.
- Provide accurate survey data to engineering teams.
- Ensure surveys comply with legal and professional standards.
9. Social Expert
- Conduct social impact assessments and stakeholder consultations.
- Develop and implement social management and community engagement plans.
- Manage community grievances and social risks.

10. Mechanical Engineer
- Design, install, and supervise mechanical systems and equipment.
