Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell products to retail shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor stock levels.
- Build strong customer relationships and implement promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence, ensure timely order taking, and follow up on payments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in retail, preferably baby diapers and sanitary pads.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
POSITION: TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR
INDUSTRY: FMCG
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising and maintaining the company fleet to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily fleet routes and prepare driver shift rosters.
- Track vehicles, prepare reports, and conduct routine checks for traffic fines.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, assign duties, and monitor fuel consumption.
- Ensure minimal vehicle downtime and raise spare parts requisitions.
- Conduct random checks on vehicles and driver licenses.
- Collaborate with the Security Department on violations and accidents.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations and submit operational reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Transport Management or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in fleet supervision.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work extended hours when required.
POSITION: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
INDUSTRY: Retail

Job Summary
Responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support payroll processing and expense verification.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance activities.
- Liaise with auditors and manage petty cash transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (internship experience acceptable).

POSITION: CHANNEL MANAGERS (2 POSITIONS)
