HR BUSINESS PARTNER (1 POSITION)
Job Location: Head Office

Job Purpose:
To act as a strategic partner between Human Resources and the business by delivering people-focused solutions aligned with the Bank’s strategic goals. The role leverages data insights, experience, and agility to support informed decision-making, while consulting and coaching leaders to drive execution of the Bank’s strategy, vision, and mission.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support performance management by setting SMART objectives, monitoring compliance with the performance management process, managing poor performance, and providing guidance to line managers.
• Partner with line managers to identify learning and development needs and support implementation within approved budgets while promoting continuous learning and completion of mandatory training.
• Partner with departmental leaders on workforce planning and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment plans.
• Enhance staff engagement, coach departmental heads on people matters, support wellness initiatives, ensure effective onboarding, and actively participate in change initiatives.
• Ensure effective governance and controls by managing people-related risks, ensuring adherence to HR policies, supporting clean audit outcomes, promoting core values, and managing HR budgets for supported units.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and metrics.
• Ability to independently manage complex HR projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and change management capability.
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or HR professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience influencing senior management and departmental heads on people management matters.

MANAGER; OPERATION TRANSFORMATION & ASSURANCE (1 POSITION)
Job Location: Head Office

Job Purpose:
To drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strengthen process governance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the Bank.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight to ensure business processes and controls meet customer and organizational expectations.
• Act as a visible change leader and transformation champion.
• Monitor performance of key end-to-end processes using KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead analytics-driven process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Apply quantitative analysis to support management decision-making.
• Lead investigations into customer incidents and process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective design and implementation of process controls.
• Promote process re-engineering methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Challenge the status quo to enhance cost efficiency, revenue growth, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPA, ACCA, or CISA are added advantages.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in business re-engineering, process design, analytics, and project management within the financial sector.

PROJECT MANAGER; DATA MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (FIXED TERM – 2 YEARS) (1 POSITION)
Job Location: Head Office (HQ)

Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee the implementation of data management initiatives aimed at strengthening the Bank’s data governance maturity.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver program objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure data security in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMI PMP® Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience managing large-scale projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in credit appraisal within banking or financial services.
