ANNOUNCEMENT OF SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEWS
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA), the Geological Survey of Tanzania (GST), the College of Business Education (CBE), the Institute of Adult Education (IAE), the Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC), the Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI), the Tanzania Shipping Company Limited (TASHICO), the Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), the Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MOI), and the Tanzania Building Agency (TBA), wishes to inform all job applicants that the names of shortlisted candidates for interviews are now available. The interviews are scheduled to be conducted between 14/04/2025 and 03/06/2026, depending on the respective employer.
Candidates invited for interviews are required to observe the following instructions:
- Interviews will be conducted starting on the dates and at the venues as indicated in this announcement. The time for each interview will be specified by the respective institution.
- Every candidate is required to attend the interview wearing a face mask.
- Candidates must bring original certificates for verification, including:
• Birth Certificate
• Form IV Certificate
• Form VI Certificate
• Professional Certificates
• Academic Transcripts
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Travel documents
• Driver’s License or a letter of identification from the Local Government (Village/Street) authority where the candidate resides. - Candidates are required to bring ORIGINAL certificates only, starting from Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and Doctorate Degree, as applicable, depending on the qualifications required for the position applied for.
- Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Candidates who studied outside Tanzania are required to ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, and NECTA). Candidates whose qualifications require GPA equivalence must ensure they obtain official GPA equivalency from TCU.
- Each candidate will be responsible for their own meals, transport, and accommodation. Every candidate must attend the interview wearing clean and decent clothing, paying special attention to good personal appearance.
- Candidates whose names do not appear in this announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to see the reasons for not being shortlisted or to check for opportunities in future recruitments.
- All candidates invited for interviews are required to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and confirm their interview numbers.
- Candidates who have forgotten their Ajira Portal login details are advised to reset their email address and password through the Ajira Portal system.
- Candidates whose names have changed are required to present a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands to validate the change of name.
