BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT Location: Zanzibar
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expansion for digital products and solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, AI, hosting, managed services, and payment solutions. • Monitor market trends and identify emerging digital opportunities. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets. • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. • Coordinate with product and technical teams for solution positioning and support. • Build and manage a strong pipeline across product lines and solutions. • Develop strategic partnerships and pilot opportunities. • Support go-to-market initiatives and commercialization strategies. • Prepare periodic pipeline and performance reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, enterprise sales, ICT, telecommunications, or digital solutions, including B2B sales and relationship management. • Excellent knowledge of enterprise technology solutions and digital services. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proven business development skills with the ability to independently drive opportunities proactively.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Management to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance. • Coordinate talent acquisition and placement strategies. • Coordinate performance management processes, providing coaching to staff and supervisors where needed. • Coordinate the implementation of learning and development plans. • Devise and execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a productive work environment. • Support organizational efforts to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar or related roles. • Degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification is an added advantage. • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and industry best practices. • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

LEGAL COUNSEL
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice, monitor risks, and advise Management on matters affecting the Company. • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents on behalf of the Company. • Lead the Company’s compliance efforts with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Serve as liaison with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. • Handle disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external lawyers where applicable. • Conduct legal research and keep the organization informed of legislative changes. • Support corporate governance processes and ensure proper documentation and record keeping, including Board meetings. • Act as custodian of all Company legal documents.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution. • Admission as an Advocate with a valid practicing certificate. • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant legal experience in similar or related roles. • Excellent knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance laws. • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, vetting, and managing commercial agreements, legal instruments, and corporate documentation. • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and commitment to ethical conduct.
