Administrative & Business Intern

Role Overview:

Starrich Consulting International through its Graduate Internship Programme is providing an opportunity to a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative & Business Intern to practice at the Njiro office in Arusha.

The HR & Administrative Intern will learn and do the following:

• Coordinate conducive working environment. • Handle daily office correspondences. • Manage office supplies and assist in procurement of stationery and consumables. • Coordinate logistics for training events, workshops, and seminars. • Prepare and update course contents, training manuals, and learning materials. • Assist in conducting training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders. • Support the recruitment function. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Interested Interns must meet the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HRM or related field. • Recent graduate (preferably 2024 – 2026). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong command of English and Kiswahili. • Familiarity with social media platforms. • Ready to learn and work under pressure.
