- ACCOUNTANT
Industry: Construction
Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and customer billing.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures for construction and industrial projects.
• Track labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs by project.
• Prepare project cost reports and analyze budget variances.
• Support project managers with financial and cost-control information.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Experience in project accounting, cost control, budget monitoring, and contract-related financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- CHINESE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to Chinese management and other departments as required.
• Draft and translate letters, reports, and business documents.
• Serve as a liaison between Chinese management and local employees, clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Translate verbal and written communications from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Assist in meetings by providing interpretation services when required.
• Coordinate daily activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure timely communication between different departments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Relations, Languages, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be a Chinese national.
• Must be currently residing in Tanzania.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Swahili will be an added advantage.

- FLEET TRACKING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track vehicles using GPS and fleet management systems to ensure adherence to planned routes and schedules.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers to provide updates and obtain status reports on deliveries and transit movements.
• Identify route deviations, unauthorized stops, delays, or suspicious activities and promptly escalate issues to management.
• Prepare and maintain daily tracking reports, trip reports, and vehicle movement records.
• Monitor vehicle locations and provide timely updates to customers, management, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company transportation policies, safety procedures, and operational requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption trends and report any irregularities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in fleet tracking, logistics operations, transportation, or a similar role.
• Experience working in the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or clearing and forwarding industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, and vehicle monitoring technologies.
• Good understanding of transportation operations, route planning, and fleet coordination.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, transport regulations, and road safety standards.
- LOCAL OIL TRADE MANAGER
Industry: Oil & Gas
Responsibilities:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Tanzania's oil and gas industry, particularly in oil trading, petroleum logistics, tanker operations, or fuel supply chain management.
• Proven hands-on experience managing fuel/gas station operations in Tanzania (mandatory requirement).
• Strong knowledge of Tanzania's petroleum market, fuel distribution network, and industry practices.
• Experience in business development, sales channel expansion, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to manage tanker fleet scheduling, transportation operations, safety compliance, and loss control.
• Capable of handling field operations and on-site management activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Petroleum Studies, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Age 30 years and above.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good commercial awareness and market analysis ability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- FUEL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel operations, petroleum logistics, depot operations, fuel distribution, or fuel station management in Tanzania.
• Experience in fuel inventory management, stock reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of fuel supply chain operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and retail distribution.
• Experience coordinating tanker fleet operations, fuel transportation, and delivery scheduling.
• Understanding of health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards within the petroleum industry.
• Familiarity with Tanzanian petroleum regulations, transportation requirements, and operational compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Petroleum Studies, or a related field.
• Age preferred 30 years and above.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

- DRIVER SUPERVISOR
Industry: Transportation
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage drivers to ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and road safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily vehicle movements, routes, and driver assignments to maximize fleet efficiency.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle tracking, and fleet utilization to prevent theft, misuse, and operational losses.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure all fleet vehicles remain safe and operational.
• Monitor driver performance, conduct safety briefings, investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, prepare operational reports, ensure legal compliance, and recommend improvements to enhance transport efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Fleet Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in fleet or transport operations, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in supervising drivers, managing fleet operations, and coordinating transport schedules.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck operations, fleet maintenance, and transport planning.
• Experience working with FAW and Dongfeng trucks and understanding their maintenance requirements.
• Good mechanical knowledge.
• Must be at least 30 years of age.
- FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Oversee cash flow management and treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support cost control and financial efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is a Must.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting roles.
• Proficiency in Accounting software.
• Experience in Logistics or related industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Understanding of Tanzanian tax and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
