1. Agricultural Officer (10 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advisory services to farmers.
- Plan schedules for planting, spraying, and harvesting.
- Conduct soil research and recommend appropriate fertilizers.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Crop Protection, or a related field from a NACTVET-accredited institution.
- Two or more years of experience in maize, sunflower, or bean farming is an added advantage.
- Must be hardworking, honest, and willing to work in the field.
- MS Office skills are an added advantage.
2. Farm Manager (5 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily farm operations and workers.
- Manage equipment, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
- Ensure farm and crop safety.
- Report to the Chief Agricultural Officer.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Agriculture or at least five years of experience as a Farm Manager.
- Ability to supervise 20 or more workers.
- Currently residing in Mpwapwa, Dodoma, or willing to relocate is an added advantage.
- Must be honest and hardworking.
