Job Summary
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work on a shift-based schedule to ensure customers receive support around the clock.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma level education.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in telesales is an added advantage.
