POSITION 1: AUTO ELECTRICIAN CUM AC TECHNICIAN
Vacancies: Two (02)
Workplace: Bagamoyo

Duties/Responsibilities
- Repair and service all machine air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance for air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles.
- Install electrical components such as lights, batteries, and GPS systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, including batteries and alternators.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams accurately.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Diploma or Level III Certificate in Auto Electrical Engineering, Motor Vehicle AC Repair Level I, II, III, or other relevant qualifications.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the field.

POSITION 2: TURBINE OPERATOR
Vacancies: Two (02)
Workplace: Bagamoyo

Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate turbines and auxiliary equipment according to established procedures.
- Start, synchronize, load, unload, and safely shut down turbine systems.
- Monitor operating parameters including pressure, temperature, vibration, speed, and load, and take corrective action when required.
- Inspect turbines, generators, lubrication systems, cooling systems, condensers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Report abnormalities in operations, equipment, or processes.
- Respond to alarms, trips, and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the control room, boiler operators, and maintenance teams.
- Assist with equipment isolation, lockout/tagout, and commissioning activities.
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance testing.
- Maintain good housekeeping in turbine and auxiliary areas.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to monitor equipment performance and respond quickly to operational changes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe operations.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the field.

POSITION 3: BOILER DCS OPERATOR
Vacancies: One (01)
Workplace: Bagamoyo

Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler systems using the Distributed Control System (DCS).
- Maintain steam pressure, temperature, water levels, and combustion parameters within specified operating limits.
- Monitor process trends and respond promptly to alarms and abnormal operating conditions.
- Perform boiler start-up, shutdown, and load changes according to standard operating procedures.
- Record operating data, shift logs, equipment status, and production reports accurately.
- Assist maintenance teams during planned shutdowns and equipment repairs.
- Monitor fuel, feed water, air, and steam systems for efficient operation.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report them to supervisors for corrective action.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Experience in operating industrial boilers or power plant equipment using a DCS is preferred.
- Knowledge of boiler operation, steam generation, combustion systems, and auxiliary equipment.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the field.
