1. Mechanical Engineer (3 Positions)
Job Description
- Plan and supervise mechanical maintenance activities.
- Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support production by ensuring equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance systems.
2. Electrical Engineer (3 Positions)
Job Description
- Design, install, maintain, and improve electrical systems and equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend system improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Mechanical Supervisor (1 Position)
Job Description
- Supervise the mechanical maintenance team.
- Allocate daily maintenance tasks.
- Monitor maintenance performance and machine reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with production teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
4. Pipe Machine Operator (1 Position)
Job Description
- Operate pipe manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Perform machine setup and minor adjustments.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Report machine faults and production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and observe all safety procedures in the work area.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating pipe manufacturing machines or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
