Position 1: Accounts Trainee (06 Posts)

Job Summary

The Accounts Trainee will support the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to build a career in accounting and finance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing daily financial transactions and accounting records.
  • Support the processing of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as assigned.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Verify the accuracy of accounting documents and records.
  • Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience or up to one (1) year of experience in accounting or finance will be an added advantage.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Position 2: Store Keeper (04 Posts) – Lake Zone

Job Summary

The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring proper stock control and accurate record keeping to support efficient warehouse operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Store goods safely and systematically within the warehouse.
  • Issue materials according to approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of all stored items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required.
  • Perform any other storekeeping duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  2. At least one (1) year of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
  3. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
