JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: ICT RISK OFFICER
DCB Commercial Bank is seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly motivated individual to fill the position of ICT Risk Officer within our Risk Management Department.

ICT Risk Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor ICT-related risks across the bank's systems, networks, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement ICT risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular ICT risk assessments, business impact analyses, and vulnerability evaluations.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure effective risk mitigation controls are in place.
- Prepare and present ICT risk reports to management and relevant committees.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive security measures.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank of Tanzania's ICT risk management guidelines and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate ICT business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide training and awareness on ICT risk to staff across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ICT risk management, information security, or IT audit, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of ICT risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
