We are currently recruiting for the following full-time positions based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania:
1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Experience: 2–3 years
Preferred Industry: Telecom/ISP/IT
Role:
Provide frontline support to customers, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless service experience.
2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
Experience: 5–6 years
Preferred Industry: Telecom/ISP/IT
Role:
Lead and oversee the customer support team, drive service excellence, and manage customer relations strategies.
3. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Experience: 3–4 years
Preferred Industry: Managed IT Services, Internet Service Providers, Telecommunications, ICT
Role:
Maintain and secure IT infrastructure, manage servers, networks, and system performance.
4. WIRELESS NETWORK ENGINEER
Experience: 4–5 years
Preferred Industry: Telecom/ISP/IT
Role:
Design, deploy, and optimize wireless networks to ensure high availability and performance.
