POSITION 1: GRADUATE TRAINEES – BILLING UNIT OFFICER
Working Station: Dar es Salaam
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- GPA over 3.8 (Upper Second Class Hons.).
- Form IV and Form VI (Division I achievement).
- A good team player.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good analytical skills.
- Graduates with 1–2 years from graduation.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Must be detail-oriented and trustworthy.
- Results-driven and patient.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for numbers and financial data.
POSITION 2: GRADUATE TRAINEES – SHOP SALES OFFICER
Working Station: Dar es Salaam
Requirements:
- Education: College Certificate or Ordinary Diploma in a related field.
- Sales knowledge and experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Conversant with stock management.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to handle pressure.
- High level of discipline and trustworthy.
- Clean criminal record.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
POSITION 3: SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Working Station: Musoma and Arusha
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business-related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales-related role.
- Age: 25–28 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, and well-organized.
- High level of customer care and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated, hardworking, with high integrity.
- Team player with strong self-initiative.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driving license with ability to drive a manual transmission sales truck (relevant driving license Class C or E).
POSITION 4: SALES CUM DRIVER
Working Station: Zanzibar
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Form Four.
- Defensive driving skills from reputable and recognized institutions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience driving.
- Should be able to drive commercial trucks from 3 tonnes and above.
- Driver with at least sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Provide a high level of customer care services.
- Should be dedicated and hardworking.
- Should be a person of high integrity and discipline, a team player, and self-initiative.
- Valid driving license is a must.
- Flexibility and readiness to work under high pressure.
