SENIOR IT ASSOCIATE
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and support the organization's ERP and business applications.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to users and departments.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
• Ensure system backups, security, access control, and data protection.
• Coordinate with vendors on maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' IT experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, ERP/business applications, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and policies.
