POSITION: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Skyline Properties Limited is seeking to recruit a qualified, competent, and highly motivated Assistant Accountant to join its Finance Team and support accounting operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Accounting.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Banking and Reconciliations.
- Property Accounting.
- Budgeting and Financial Analysis.
- Internal Control and Audit.
- Accounting Systems.
- Tax and Statutory Compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accounting/ERP Systems.
