Backbone Tanzania Company Limited is looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to fill the following positions:
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Fish Feed Sales Representative - 3 Positions
- Fish Sales Supervisor - 1 Position
- Chick Feed Sales Representative - 2 Positions
- Head of Marketing and Branding - 1 Position
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in the poultry industry are preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fish Feed Sales Representative
- Promote and sell fish feed products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Fish Sales Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate the fish feed sales team.
- Ensure targets are met and performance is tracked.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues.
- Chick Feed Sales Representative
- Promote and sell chick feed products to poultry farmers and dealers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and report market feedback.
- Head of Marketing and Branding
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies.
- Manage brand image and communications.
- Coordinate campaigns and market research.
- Lead the marketing team and measure performance.
ABOUT THE POSITIONS
These positions are part of our growing Animal Feed business line, focused on providing high-quality fish and chick feed solutions to support sustainable livestock and aquaculture production in Tanzania.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the poultry industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and good organizational skills.
- A valid driving licence is an added advantage for sales representatives and the supervisor.
