JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and prepare high-quality French, African, and international cuisine, also using locally available ingredients.
- Oversee all kitchen operations and provide catering services for official and private events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional experience in kitchen operations, knowledge of nutrition and special dietary requirements, and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Good command of English (knowledge of French is an added advantage).
- Ability to work collaboratively, plan and work independently, demonstrate creativity, maintain good interpersonal relationships, and show curiosity and willingness to learn.
