  1. Job Title: Cash Officer

· Department: Operations
· Job Grade: Senior Officer/Assistant Managers
· Reports to: Relationship Manager – Operations
· No. of Vacancies: 10
· Basic Purpose: To support the Branch in effective cash management and ensure all teller cash holdings and ATM are supported, run and serviced effectively.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 1–3 years’ experience as a Teller, Cashier, Cash Officer, or similar role.

  1. Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

· Department: Operations
· Job Grade: Assistant Managers/Manager
· Reports to: Business Growth & Development Manager
· No. of Vacancies: 10
· Basic Purpose: To enhance branch operational performance and credit risk quality by ensuring compliance with bank policies, prudent credit management, and customer experience standards.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 3–7 years of experience in banking operations, risk, audit, compliance, or quality assurance.

  1. Job Title: Relationship Officer – Customer Experience

· Department: Operations
· Job Grade: Officer/Senior Officer
· Reports to: Relationship Manager – Operations & Customer Experience
· No. of Vacancies: 10
· Basic Purpose: Development and growth of business at branch for all customer segments, maintain high level of customer experience, and ensure optimum branch balance sheet management.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, relationship management, or front-office banking operations.

  1. Job Title: Relationship Manager – Operations & Customer Experience

· Department: Operations
· Job Grade: Assistant Managers/Manager
· Reports to: Business Growth & Development Manager
· No. of Vacancies: 10
· Basic Purpose: To lead and manage day-to-day branch operations, service delivery, staff performance, customer experience, cost efficiency, cash and asset control, and operational compliance.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in banking operations, customer experience, relationship management, or service quality.

  1. Job Title: Relationship Officer – Operations

· Department: Operations
· Job Grade: Officer/Senior Officer
· Reports to: Relationship Manager – Operations
· No. of Vacancies: 10
· Basic Purpose: Responsible for front and back office operations to ensure excellent customer experience at branch and for sales through customer interactions.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in banking operations, customer service, or relationship management.

  1. Job Title: Manager- Business Rehabilitation

· Department: Credit
· Reports to: Senior Manager - Special Assets Management
· Job Grade: Assistant Manager/Manager
· No. of Vacancies: 1
· Basic Purpose: Management of distressed loan portfolio under Special Assets Management Unit by proactively devising strategies to turn-around Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
· Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university preferably in Banking, Commerce, Economics, Accountancy or related field. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
· Experience: A minimum of four years banking experience in management of Corporate and/or SME loans.

  1. Job Title: Senior Officer-Internal Audit

· Department: Internal Audit
· Job Grade: Senior Officer
· Reports to: Senior Manager- Internal Audit
· No. of Vacancies: 2
· Job Purpose: To perform audit procedures including testing, evaluation, and validation of controls to assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a business related course. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA is an added advantage.
· Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in auditing, preferably in a financial institution or internationally accredited audit firm.

  1. Job Title: Senior Officer, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit

· Department: Internal Audit
· Job Grade: Senior Officer
· Reports to: Manager, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit
· No. of Vacancies: 1
· Job Purpose: To perform Information Systems audit procedures, including testing, evaluating, and improving the effectiveness of IT controls, cybersecurity measures, and governance processes.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH, or CIA is an added advantage.
· Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in IT auditing, cybersecurity assessment, or technology risk management, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

  1. Job Title: Assistant Manager, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit

· Department: Internal Audit
· Job Grade: Assistant Manager
· Reports to: Manager, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit
· No. of Vacancies: 1
· Job Purpose: To lead and coordinate Information Systems audit engagements to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of processes and technology controls, risk management, and governance processes.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or CIA is required.
· Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or technology risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, including supervisory experience.
