The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews conducted from 04 January 2025 to 22 December 2025 that the results of successful candidates are as listed in this announcement. The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database under various cadres and have been allocated duty stations after positions became available.

All candidates who passed the interview and have been assigned duty stations are required to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section, where they will be able to download and print their job allocation letters and instructions indicating where to report for duty.

Successful candidates are required to report to their respective employers within the time specified in their job allocation letters, bringing original certificates for verification, starting with birth certificates, before being issued with formal employment letters.

Candidates who do not appear in this announcement should understand that they were not successful or did not pass the interview, and they are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.

The Secretariat emphasizes that all instructions provided in the job allocation letters must be strictly followed, and candidates should ensure they comply with all requirements to facilitate smooth reporting and verification processes.
