STATION: MBEYA, IRINGA, AND SONGEA
POSITION: UNIT MANAGER

REPORTING TO: ZONAL MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and close sales (group onboarding and activation).
- Service existing clients and support renewals and retention.
- Recruit, train, coach, and ensure productivity for your Sales Agents within the unit.
- Ensure accurate KYC/documentation, and maintain discipline in weekly reporting to the Agency Manager.
- Monitor team performance and drive achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma and/or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (Field Sales / Agency / Banking / Micro-finance is an added advantage).
- Possession of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and drive sales teams in a target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, discipline, accountability, and customer focus.
REMUNERATION: Salary-based, with performance incentives.
