SENIOR QUALITY OFFICER
Location: Mapinga, Bagamoyo
THE ROLE
- Quality Control and Laboratory Activities
- Food Safety and Quality Systems
- Product Traceability
- Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Reporting and Team Collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality control or food safety experience in food manufacturing.
- Practical experience implementing and enforcing ISO 22000 or ISO 9001; HACCP knowledge is essential.
- Good understanding of GMP, GHP, product traceability, and laboratory testing.
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and 5S; Lean and continuous improvement knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
