Job Purpose:
To provide full Contact Centre advisor support across all approved customer service channels while also serving as a specialized support resource for customers who have hearing impairment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Contact Centre customer support through calls and approved digital channels, including email, social media, live chat, WhatsApp, and other service platforms.
- Serve customers with hearing impairment through sign language support, video support, chat, or other approved accessible channels.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in line with approved Contact Centre procedures and service standards.
- Support customers with account enquiries, card issues, mobile banking, internet banking, ATM, agency banking, failed transactions, product information, and general banking services.
- Log all customer interactions, complaints, and service requests accurately in the approved CRM or case management system.

2. E-LEARNING ADVISOR (FIXED TERM – 2 YEARS)

Job Purpose:
To partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to analyse development needs, identify solutions, design and develop learning solutions, and monitor and evaluate implemented learning solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively and use proven instructional design methodologies to analyse learning needs, design and develop content, define measurement strategies, and assess learning programme effectiveness.
- Work with subject matter experts to prepare and enhance learning materials according to NMB's established learning design frameworks.

3. LEGAL COUNSEL; GENERAL CONTRACTS

Job Purpose:
To assist the Senior Manager; General Contracts in drafting and reviewing general contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting, Review and Administration
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize general and non-lending contracts using approved templates and in accordance with applicable laws, bank policies, and internal approval requirements.
- Identify legal, commercial, operational, and reputational risks in proposed contractual terms; recommend appropriate protections and escalate material issues to the Senior Manager; General Contracts.
- Coordinate contract review, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination, ensuring supporting documents and approvals are complete.
- Maintain accurate contract records and update the contract register, including key obligations, renewal dates, expiry dates, and other critical milestones.
- Support the development and consistent application of contract templates, clauses, checklists, and guidance notes.

5. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER; AGRI RETAIL MONITORING

Job Purpose:
To monitor the quality of the Agri Retail Loans portfolio by tracking arrears across branch networks, ensuring timely rectification of identified issues, and following up on the submission of post-approval loan conditions and supporting documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the performance and quality of the entire Agri-Retail loan portfolio issued and disbursed across the branch network.
- Conduct daily and weekly analysis of key portfolio indicators, including delinquency, concentration, and repayment trends, to identify early warning signals and recommend timely interventions to the branch network.
- Ensure Agri-Retail loan products are processed and delivered according to Standard Operating Procedures and credit policies, escalating procedural deviations to the Line Manager for corrective action.
- Support asset-book growth by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance for each Relationship Manager and branch against budgetary targets.
- Collaborate with Credit Operations and Credit Administration teams to support efficient loan disbursement processes and improve turnaround time for field teams.

- Review Agri Retail issues logged in NMB Cure, provide solutions, or forward them to the relevant Line Manager for input and closure.
- Prepare detailed periodic and ad hoc evaluation reports on Agri-Retail performance, covering assets, loan quality, growth, and liabilities, including deposits, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Train and coach field Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers on business best practices, lending processes, and accurate evaluation and assessment of Agri-Retail loan applicants.

Main Responsibilities:
AML/CFT/CPF Controls
- Review and assess customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing customer monitoring processes.
