Head of Branches
HEAD OFFICE
Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to provide strategic leadership and direction to branches, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and to ensure that the branches are compliant on Audit and Compliance requirements.
Duties
- Leadership: Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
- Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the branch teams.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements/internal procedures and mitigate operational risks.
- Identify areas of improvements in processes and performance metrics to bring in more efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder management: Build relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees and partners.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Desired Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
Experience
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 10 years in Branch management or similar leadership role.
Personal Attributes
- Strong service ethic.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
- Strong evaluation, communication and reporting skill.
