1. VIDEO EDITOR
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos quickly for different social media accounts, advertisements, and product promotions (PROFIT, Bulk SMS, etc.).
- Add captions, graphics, music, and motion effects.
- Deliver edited videos quickly, often within the same day.
- Work with the content and design teams to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be a very fast editor, capable of delivering quality edits under tight deadlines.
- At least 1 year of video editing experience.
- Proficiency in CapCut and other video editing software.
- Strong sense of storytelling and knowledge of current video trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. CONTENT CREATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital content, including graphics, videos, and captions, for social media.
- Plan and execute a content calendar.
- Shoot photos and videos of products, events, and the team.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in creating content for social media.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Creativity and the ability to use AI tools to create content.
- Ability to shoot good-quality photos and videos using a mobile phone.
- Must be confident on camera and comfortable speaking, presenting, and appearing in videos.
3. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content ideas and strategies in line with current trends.
- Create content for Oasis Technology and other social media accounts.
- Publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Track content performance across all platforms.
- Prepare monthly social media reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and analytics and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite.
- Strong copywriting skills in both Swahili and English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
